Data Processing Agreement

The CrackSales data processing agreement. CrackSales acts as processor and service provider for call data: it does not sell or share it, uses it only for listed business purposes, never uses it to train models, notifies security incidents within 72 hours, gives 30 days' notice of new subprocessors, helps with consumer requests, and deletes on the customer's direction. Annexes describe the processing, the security measures with their honest status, and the subprocessors. A signable PDF is available.
