Security — Isolation, Encryption and Retention

Crack Sales runs on Google Cloud Platform with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Each workspace is isolated from every other at the database level rather than in application code, so an application bug cannot leak across tenants. Within a workspace a rep owns the calls they recorded; an admin can read the team calls for coaching but cannot write to a call they did not record. Raw audio is never retained. Customer conversations are never used to train public or cross-tenant models. Data export and account deletion are self-serve.
