Finding and downloading call reports and transcripts — Help Centre

Every finished call keeps a report you can reopen, download as a PDF, and pair with a plain-text transcript.

1. Open Call History or My Performance in the web dashboard.

2. Press View report on a call to see its summary, scores, signals, next steps and the follow-up email draft.

3. Press Download report for a PDF of the same report.

4. Inside a report, press Download transcript to save the full transcript as a plain-text file.

5. A rep sees the calls they recorded; an admin can read the team's calls for coaching.
