Exporting or deleting your data (GDPR Articles 17 and 20) — Help Centre

Export everything in your workspace as JSON, or delete the account permanently.

1. Export (Article 20): open Settings and click Export My Data. You get a JSON payload with your business context, playbooks and call summaries.

2. Delete (Article 17): open Settings and click Permanently Delete Account. Firestore collections are purged, authentication keys revoked and metadata erased.

3. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export first if you want a copy.

4. Raw audio is not part of either flow, because it is never retained: once a segment is processed into transcript and structure, the vocal signal is discarded.
