What the copilot listens for during a call — Help Centre
The complete list of signals, split between locally computed rules and the live model.
1. Computed locally on your machine, from the shape of the conversation: monologue warnings, talk-ratio drift, question droughts, price raised before pain, value not anchored, an unhandled stall, a third deferral, no decision-maker identified, no next step agreed, no critical event, no up-front contract.
2. Read by the live model, which handles meaning rather than counting: price objections, timing objections, knee-jerk objections, sentiment drops, authority gaps, close opportunities, a SPIN sequence stuck at shallow questions, a MEDDIC decision process never established.
3. That is the whole vocabulary. The copilot does not analyse video, posture or facial expression — it never receives a video feed — and it does not build personality profiles of your prospects.
4. Suggestions are grounded in your Sales Brain, so what it tells a rep to say is your own positioning and your own proof, not generic advice.
